Adding a Job
Jobs are linked to your online web account using 6 digit registration codes. These codes are one time use and generated when adding a new job through our website.
- Login to your account at https://app.timeclock-sync.io
- Navigate to the
Jobs
page and click the new button. - Fill out the form, and enable any extra features you would like the job to have enabled
Job Fields
Name
- unique name to identify this job by.ID
- numeric id that may be set to any value.Status
- inactive jobs will no longer be available for selection at clock in / out.Note
- optional field to track any notes about this job.
Changing a Job
The features enabled for a job can be turned on or off at anytime. Changes to the features will automatically be synced to the job.
- Navigate to the
Jobs
page and click the edit button on the row of the job you wish to edit. - Make any changes to the jobs settings and click save
