Deleting a Job on Web App


IMPORTANT! Deleting a Job is irreversible. Once a Job is deleted, all time entries associated with this job will remain, the but the link to to the Job will be removed. The time entry will no longer be associated to any Job. 


When you delete a Job via the web or mobile app, the changes will be immediately available across all your organization's devices (assuming the devices have internet connection).



1.  Log in to the Toolr Time Clock web app https://app.mytoolr.com using your Organization ID and password


2. On the left navigation, navigate to the Jobs tab


3. Click on the Job you wish to delete


4. On the top right, click Edit Job


6. Click Delete, and confirm the action







Deleting a Job on Mobile App


IMPORTANT! Deleting a Job is irreversible. Once a Job is deleted, all time entries associated with this job will remain, the but the link to to the Job will be removed. The time entry will no longer be associated to any Job. 


To delete an Job on the mobile app, the device must have the "Account Management" setting enabled


Once you delete a Job via the web or mobile app, the changes will be immediately available across all your organization's devices (assuming the devices have internet connection).



1. Make sure the device has the “Account Management” setting enabled

2. Click on the Settings tab

3. Click on the Jobs section

4. Click on the Job you wish to delete

5. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Delete Job, confirm the action
