Deleting an Employee on Web App


IMPORTANT! Deleting an employee will erase all associated data and reports. If you would like to keep the data and reports and simply remove this employee from the Clock In/Out screens & reports, you can mark the employee inactive. Check out this article to for more information about marking an employee inactive.


When you delete an employee via the web or mobile app, the changes will be immediately available across all your organization's devices (assuming the devices have internet connection).



1.  Log in to the Toolr Time Clock web app https://app.mytoolr.com using your Organization ID and password


2. On the left navigation, navigate to the People tab


3. Click on the employee you wish to delete


4. On the top right, click Edit Person


6. Click Delete, and confirm the action







Deleting an Employee on Mobile App

To delete an Employee on the mobile app, the device must have the "Account Management" setting enabled


Once you delete an employee via the web or mobile app, the changes will be immediately available across all your organization's devices (assuming the devices have internet connection).



1. Make sure the device has the “Account Management” setting enabled

2. Click on the Settings tab

3. Click on the Employees section

4. Click on the employee you wish to delete

5. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Delete Employee, confirm the action
