Editing an Employee on Web App


Once you edit an employee via the web or mobile app, the changes will be immediately available across all your organization's devices (assuming the devices have internet connection).



1.  Log in to the Toolr Time Clock web app https://app.mytoolr.com using your Organization ID and password


2. On the left navigation, navigate to the People tab


3. Click on the employee you wish to edit


4. On the top right, click Edit Person


5. Edit the Employee Properties. For more information about available Employee Properties and their function, please see this article.



6. Click Update







Editing an Employee on Mobile App


To edit an Employee on the mobile app, the device must have the "Account Management" setting enabled


Once you edit an employee via the web or mobile app, the changes will be immediately available across all your organization's devices (assuming the devices have internet connection).



1. Make sure the device has the “Account Management” setting enabled

2. Click on the Settings tab

3. Click on the Employees section

4. Click on the employee you wish to edit

5. On the top right of the screen, click Edit

6. Edit the Employee Properties. For more information about Employee Properties and their function, please see this article.

7. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Save Changes
