Understanding Billing & Subscriptions

Toolr Time Clock subscription pricing is based on the number of active employees your organization has (“seats”) at any given time. This means that no matter which plan you’ve selected (Starter or Plus), you can have unlimited devices, jobs, crews and reporting for your organization and you only pay for the number of active employees you need. For more information on Active vs Inactive employees, please see the Employee section.

Keeping your employee list accurate with marking the appropriate employees as active & inactive will not only keep your clock list relevant, but also your reports and minimize your monthly invoice.

Toolr Time Clock supports both web subscriptions and mobile subscriptions.

At any time, you can visit the Toolr Time Clock web app to get a summary of your current subscription and/or trial state: 

1. Log in to the Toolr Time Clock web app https://app.mytoolr.com using your Organization ID and password

2. In the bottom left, navigate to the Settings area

3. Navigate to the Subscription tab

How your Free Trial Works

Thank you for taking the time to explorer Toolr Time Clock to see if it’s right for your organization and business. In order to fully qualify the benefits and features of our product, we welcome you to tour Time Clock, commitment-free for 14 days. We welcome you to take this time to get acquainted and set up your organization to ensure Toolr Time Clock meets your businesses needs and expectations.

During your trial phase, you will have full access to all features of Toolr Time Clock.

You will receive periodic emails to your organization’s primary email address providing you with guided walkthroughs on how to be successful setting up your Toolr Time Clock organization. Once your trial period ends, you will receive a final email notifying you the trial has expired and provides options to subscribe. 

When the trial period ends, you will no longer have access to the Reporting features, and the web application will only allow you to access the Organization Settings area to manage your subscription. To prevent any disruption for your employees while you take the time to subscribe, employees will still be able to clock in and out on the mobile app, even when the trial expires.

To find out exactly when your free trial will end:

1. Log in to the Toolr Time Clock web app https://app.mytoolr.com using your Organization ID and password
2. In the bottom left, navigate to the Settings area
3. Navigate to the Subscription tab
4. Top right you see see "You're On Trial" summary section where it shows the status of your trial
